Inna lillahi Wa Inna ilayhi raji'oon  ("Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return"_  Surah Al Baqarah 2:156) - The incident took place yesterday morning as the domestic flight took off from Jakarta airport. Search and rescue teams are still out searching the sea for debris and whatever else they can find.. not much has yet been found.  The airplane has said to have dropped 10,000ft in just under a minute when it crashed as it showed on flight radar very little chance of survival. Keep them and their family in your Du'as.

As you all have heard or see on social media that a piece of news is circulating which says around 62 people on board in an Indonesian Boeing 737 Plane was crashed or gone missing. But according to the News Media Agency BBC the plane was crashed into the sea and wasn't gone missing.

BBC is one of the most reputed news media agency which states that the Indonesian Plane Boeing 737 was crashed into the sea in the plane there were approximately 62 passengers.

According to initial reports, the majority of the passengers were Muslims.

Indonesia's Sriwijaya Air flight SJ182 was reported missing near Jakarta's Kepulauan Seribu on its way to Pontianak. Local media said 56 passengers, including seven children and three infants, were on board with six cabin crew members. (The initial news which has been circulated on social media platforms claims that the plane was reported missing soon after 4 minutes of its take-off, the plane was gone out of radar, but now the BBC says that the plane was crashed into the sea).

One of the witnesses told BBC that atleast he had heard an explosion nearby the sea, most probably he might have been a resident of the incident site.

Also, one of the fishermen claims the same situation described above.

The above-provided information is 100% accurate as we had extracted it from the source (BBC).

Later, When the Airport authorities contact the Indonesian Navy they said it found the debris of the plane scattered at four (04) sites in Thousand Islands waters.

The flight from Jakarta to Pontianak, the capital of the province of West Kalimantan, almost lost its contact with the airport authorities of aviation control at 2.40 p.m. local time (0740GMT), said Transportation Ministry spokesperson Adita Rawat.

May Allah grants all the deceased Muslims who have lost their lives in this crash highest place in Jannah according to their deeds, may Allah forgive them and their shortcomings.
